From ESPN's Jayson Stark:
" 'What (Doc) does in between starts is even harder than what he does on the mound,' says longtime teammate Vernon Wells. 'The other day, he came in early. Then he went on a 30-, 40-minute run. Then he came back in and did the Tour de France on the stationary bike. Then he went out for our workout. Then he came back in and did another 30-minute run.' "
On the health/fitness forums I belong to, the know-it-alls would probably call this overtraining. Harry Leroy Halladay calls it Tuesday.
So far, I just hang off that chin-up bar like a dead fish.

Damn, Halladay is a workhorse. This guy is a professional, all game, and no dicking around.
I used to think it was an exaggeration, all the "extra workout" jokes. I don't think V-dub would exaggerate much.
I want to marry him.
We are unworthy of marrying him.
